Directus Leap Week 3 Giveaway 2024 Terms and Conditions

Official Rules

Directus (680 E Main St Unit #1117, Stamford, CT 06901, United States) will be running a giveaway as part of Directus Leap Week 3 held from 17 June 2024 through 21 June 2024. Directus will be giving away one Meta Quest 3, five Directus Tumblers and ten Directus Logo Tees during the event and information on how to participate for a chance to win one of the prizes is below.

Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the giveaway.
  • Event-Based Participation: The giveaway is open to virtual attendees of Leap Week 3; no territorial restrictions apply beyond event attendance.

Entry Requirements

  • Method of Entry: Entry into the giveaway will be automatic upon filling out the registration form for Leap Week 3. All participants will receive an email notification. Additional entries can be earned by referring people to register with your unique URL.
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

Duration

  • Event Duration: The giveaway will take place during the event. Entries will be accepted from the start of the event until the designated end time of the giveaway.

Prizes

  • Prize Description: The prizes will be one Meta Quest 3, five Directus Tumblers and ten Directus Logo Tees. The approximate retail value of the Meta Quest 3 is $499.99.
  • Prize Conditions: The prizes are one prize total per person, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
  • Odds: The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Selection Process: One provisional winner per prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the event.
  • Notification: The winners will be announced after the event by June 25th and contacted via email. If the initially selected winner of a prize does not reply within 48 hours, another winner for that prize will be drawn in the same process until a winner per prize is established.

GDPR Data Protection and Privacy

  • Use of Personal Information: By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for any other purposes to which they have consented.

Liability and Disputes

  • Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release the organizer from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.

General Conditions

  • Compliance with Laws: The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure compliance with any laws governing their participation. Void where prohibited.
  • Right to Modify: The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any problem prevents the giveaway from being conducted as planned.
